The subject farm is located approximately 56 miles west of Chicago and O'Hare International Airport.  Sycamore, 1/2 mile to the east, Genoa, 4 miles to the north, and Elgin, 14 miles to the east.

Frontage:

There is approximately 1/4 mile of road frontage on N Grove Road and approximately 1/4 mile of road frontage on Brickville Road.

Major Highways:

Snowfall averages about 33 inches per year. Prevailing winds are from the west and southwest. This climate, combined with the generally excellent soils in this area, provide a nearly ideal environment for the production of corn and soybeans.
